Shown above is Chef Shirley’s signature dish: Paneer Tikka Kati Roll. We make our own Indian paneer cheese fresh each week. This is marinated in yoghurt with ginger, garlic and a mixture of various spices and then cooked with peppers. The paratha (Indian flatbread) for each kati roll is prepared freshly for just the right texture. The Paneer Tikka is then filled in the paratha with marinated onions and our fresh, home made date-tamarind and mint-coriander sauces.
